为深化中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的教育合作与人文交流,服务共建“一带一路”高质量发展,经理事会批准,我协会从“费孝通教育基金”及社会各界捐资中拨款,于2019年起设立“国际友谊奖学金”(又名“丝路友好使者奖学金”),重点资助“一带一路”共建国家优秀青年来华留学深造,培养促进民心相通、推动务实合作的“丝路使者”,为共建“一带一路”提供人才支撑和智力支持。
一、资助对象
1.“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学生。
2.身心健康,品学兼优。
3.致力于促进中国与本国的共同发展。
4.年龄为16-35周岁;本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25周岁。
二、资助类别
资助类别:本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生学位教育(不含中外合作办学项目)。
三、资助期限
资助期限:本科生为4-5学年;硕士研究生2-3学年;博士研究生3-4学年。资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限,包括专业学习和汉语补习的期限。
四、办理流程
(一)1月1日-3月15日
学生登录我会网站(www.cuaa.org.cn)“丝路友好使者奖学金”版块进行申请,按要求在线提交申请材料至指定邮箱(cuaa@cuaa.org.cn)。
(二)3月16日-3月31日
“国际友谊奖学金”评审委员会初审学生申请资格,确定预录取名单并告知申请者。
(三)4月1日-5月15日
预录取学生在指定时间内向申请院校提交申请材料。
(四)5月16日-6月15日
“国际友谊奖学金”评审委员会会同申请院校负责老师进行联合评审,择优确定最终录取名单,最终结果将根据申请者所提供的联系方式进行告知。
(五)6月16日---9月1日
奖学金获得者与接收院校确认办理来华留学手续,按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。
五、其它
1.相关专业培养方案与教学课程,可咨询目标接收院校。
2.申请者须了解目标接收院校的具体招生条件及报名截止时间,按照相关规定提交接收院校要求的材料。
3.未按时报到、入学体检不合格、中途退学、休学者,取消奖学金资格。

附录1:
国际友谊奖学金资助内容及标准
国际友谊奖学金资助内容包括:学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。
●学费:包括奖学金生培养、管理以及组织或支持奖学金生开展文体、参观等活动的费用。学费由学校统筹使用。
●住宿费:即为奖学金生提供免费宿舍或发放住宿费补贴的费用。住宿费由学校统筹使用。按学校规定在校内住宿的,由学校提供免费宿舍,一般为双人间。
●生活费。标准为:
本科生:2,000元人民币/月
硕士研究生:2,500元人民币/月
博士研究生:3,000元人民币/月
生活费由学校按月发放。奖学金生当月15日(含15日)之前到校注册的,发给全月生活费;15日以后注册的,发给半个月生活费;毕业生的生活费发至学校确定的毕业之日以后的半个月;奖学金生在学期间(正常假期除外)因个人原因离华时间超过15天的,其离华期间生活费停发。
●综合医疗保险
综合医疗保险费参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行,由接收院校统一购买,标准为800元人民币/年/人。

国际友谊奖学金申请材料清单
1.《国际友谊奖学金申请表》。
2.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生,须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
3.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
4.来华学习和研究计划。用中文或英文书写, 本科生不少于200字,硕士研究生不少于800字。
5.推荐信。申请攻读硕士研究生须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信,用中文或英文书写。
6.年龄不满18岁的申请人,须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。
7.申请人曾经发表的或曾写过的论文、著作、作品。
8.《外国人体格检查表》复印件。原件自行保存,此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制,可登录国家留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina或 http://www.campuschina.org 下载,须英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月。
9.已获得HSK成绩报告的,请将复印件附在申请材料中。
以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册(一式两册)。无论录取与否,申请材料均不返还。
Brief introduction to "International Friendship Scholarship"
To deepen educational cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) route, and to support the high-quality development of the BRI, with the approval of the Board of Directors, our association has allocated funds from the "Fei Xiaotong Education Fund" and donations from all sectors of society to establish the "International Friendship Scholarship" (also known as the "Silk Road Friendship Ambassador Scholarship") starting in 2019. This scholarship primarily supports outstanding young individuals from countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative to pursue advanced studies in China, cultivating "Silk Road Ambassadors" who promote mutual understanding and facilitate practical cooperation, thereby providing talent support and intellectual contributions to the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
A. Eligibility
1. International students from countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.
2. Good health and excellent in character and scholarship.
3. Committed to promoting the common development of China and the applicant's home country.
4. Age between 16 to 35. (Applicants for undergraduate studies should not exceed 25 years of age.)
B. Programs of Study
All degree programs leading to a Bachelor, Master or Doctoral Degree(Projects of Chinese-foreign cooperation are excluded).
C. Duration
The Scholarship covers 4-5 academic years for undergraduate students, 2-3 academic years for master's degree students, and 3-4 academic years for doctoral degree students. The duration of scholarship is determined at the time of enrollment, including the time for professional study and Chinese language learning.
D. Timeline for Application
(a) Jan.1st – Mar.15th
Go to www.cuaa.org.cn and click on “丝路友好使者奖学金” section to apply, and send required application documents to the designated mailbox (cuaa@cuaa.org.cn)
(b) Mar.16th – Mar.31th
The International Friendship Scholarship Committee reviews the application documents and notifies any applicants passing the initial screening.
(c) April 1st–May.15th
Initial screening qualifiers submit application documents to Chinese universities for admission.
(d) May 16th – Jun.15th
The International Friendship Scholarship Committee will conduct a joint assessment with the Chinese universities to determine the final qualifiers, and the admission notices will be issued.
(e) Jun.16th – Sept. 1st
The scholarship winners will confirm with the host Chinese universities for procedures of studying in China,and register for study at the time specified in the admission notice.
E. Others
1. Applicants should consult host university for program and course information.
2. Applicants must submit the required application documents before the deadline as set and required by the host university.
3. The scholarship will be suspended if the successful applicant fails to register for admission on time, or to pass the entrance physical examination. Dropping out of school, or quitting school will also result in termination of the scholarship.

Appendix 1.
Coverage and Standard of International Friendship Scholarship
The International Friendship Scholarship Covers tuition, accommodation fees, living subsidies, and comprehensive medical insurance premiums.
●Tuition fees are managed by the host university to cover the cost of education, administration, and cultural activities.
●Accommodation fees refer to the free accommodation on campus, normally a shared double room. A subsidy will be given to the scholarship student for renting an accommodation if the free residence on campus is not available.
●Living subsidies: The level of living subsidies is as follows:
Undergraduate students: CNY 2000 per month
Master's degree students: CNY 2500 per month
Doctoral degree students: CNY 3000 per month
The living subsidies are granted to the scholarship students by the host university on a monthly basis. Students who register before the 15th of the school opening month (including the 15th day) will be granted the complete monthly subsidies, while those who register after the 15th day will be granted only half. The living subsidies will last to the date of graduation set by the host university with an additional subsidies of 15 days. If for any personal reason the scholarship student leaves China for more than 15 days the living subsidies will be halted for that period.
●General medical insurance
The General medical insurance premium will be purchased by the host university for the scholarship student at the standard of 800 RMB per year per person in accordance with the regulations by the Ministry of Education of China for studying in China.
